Contacts module contains individuals with whom your organization has an established relationship. Contact records are typically linked to an account record, and multiple contacts may be associated with a single account. Each Contact record may link to other system records such as meetings, cases, opportunities, and many others, making the contact record a hub for viewing and communicating with the individual.
